Delete account

How to delete your naONu account and its data.

1. Delete in the app

1. Open the naONu app and sign in.
2. Go to the Me tab → Delete account at the bottom.
3. Confirm, and your account is deleted right away.

2. Request without the app

If you removed the app or cannot sign in, email enkingka@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request", the sign-in method you used (Kakao, Google or Apple) and your nickname. After verifying it is you, we delete the account within 7 business days and reply by email.

Data that is deleted

• Account information (sign-in identifier, email, nickname) and uploaded face/full-body photos: deleted immediately.
• Videos and stills you made, published Recipes and Creator Challenges, friend and invite data: deleted or unpublished immediately.
• Remaining credits are forfeited. If you have paid credits to refund, contact us before deleting.

Data kept for a period by law

• Payment and refund records: 5 years (Korean E-Commerce Act)
• Consumer complaint and dispute records: 3 years
